Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy of Lipno Lake Resort

1.1. The Lessee is entitled to cancel the Confirmed Booking or withdraw from the Contract until the first day of Accommodation (inclusive) by paying a cancellation fee (hereinafter also referred to as the "Cancellation Fee") to the Accommodation Provider. The Cancellation Fee amounts to:

1.2. If cancelled more than 20 days before the start date of the Accommodation, no Cancellation Fee will be charged. Any amount already paid towards the total price stated in the Confirmed Booking will be transferred to a new booking or refunded to the Lessee.

1.3. If cancelled between the 20th day (inclusive) and the 11th day (inclusive) before the start date of the Accommodation, a fee of 30 % of the total price stated in the Confirmed Booking will be charged.

1.4. If cancelled between the 20th day (inclusive) and the 11th day (inclusive) before the start date of the Accommodation, a fee of 30 % of the total price stated in the Confirmed Booking will be charged.

1.5. If cancelled on the first day of Accommodation, a fee of 100 % of the total price stated in the Confirmed Booking will be charged.

1.6. The Lessee may insure against the risk of being liable to pay Cancellation Fees by simultaneously purchasing cancellation insurance with the relevant entity when making the Booking.

1.7. Cancellation Fees for the Intermediary are always specified in the seasonal agreement.

1.8. The above-mentioned Cancellation Fees apply in every case of cancelling the Confirmed Booking or withdrawing from the Contract by the Lessee, unless the Accommodation Provider is unable to provide Accommodation. The above-mentioned Cancellation Fees also apply in the event of force majeure on the part of the Lessee, which refers to situations where, due to the decision of a public authority, natural disasters, war, strikes, blockades, etc., the Lessee cannot utilize the Accommodation.
